Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Scheduler to join the Planning and Scheduling Canada team in Toronto. You will manage and integrate schedules across airport development programs, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with milestones.

The role requires a Civil Engineering related degree, 10+ years of scheduling experience in major infrastructure projects, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling and coordination, in major construction and infrastructure programs.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; knowledge of scheduling practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for airport development programs from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate schedule inputs and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and analyses to ensure alignment with objectives, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate schedule-related meetings to communicate impacts, risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with interface managers and other leads to streamline scheduling processes.
