AtkinsRéalis is a leading Canadian nuclear engineering group seeking a skilled Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain complex project schedules. You will support resource loading, ensure Primavera data accuracy, and communicate schedule insights across Project Controls and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and cost control experience in engineering and construction environments.
• Knowledge of CPM, progress measurement, earned value management, and hands-on planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Primavera P6 is preferred and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Develop, baseline, update, and maintain project schedules.
• Support resource and budget loading and ensure Primavera data is shared with Cost Control.
• Issue schedules to internal and external stakeholders and measure progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and control schedule performance, analyze variances, and report critical schedule issues.
• Prepare and update resource requirement reports and identify areas of concern.
• Interface with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams for integrated scheduling.
• Analyze schedules and communicate key findings to Lead Planner, Project Controls Manager, and Project Manager.
