Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with Social Housing experience to join a Tier 1 contractor. You will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistants, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects stay within budgets and timelines.

Based in Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, the role offers hybrid working on site, in the office and at home. A UK Driving Licence and QS qualifications are essential.
