Job summary

Dig Insights in Toronto is seeking a highly capable Senior Research Manager to support the delivery of qualitative research projects and work closely with Directors, Managers, and Analysts across the team. The Senior Research Manager will contribute across the research process, including project design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years of qualitative research experience, a relevant degree, and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of qualitative research experience
• University degree and/or post-graduate certificate in a relevant field
• Experience managing qualitative projects across stages
• Experience moderating live and asynchronous research
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with research platforms and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Execute qualitative projects across design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows
• Moderate using live and asynchronous methodologies
• Draft screeners, discussion guides and other research materials
• Review platform programming and related materials
• Monitor fieldwork and support timely solutions
• Analyze and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Develop research reports and presentations
• Apply AI tools to support analysis and deliverables
• Participate in client and internal meetings
