Dig Insights seeks a Director of Qualitative Research / Senior Moderator to lead client projects, develop strategic insights, and mentor a team of researchers. You will design studies, oversee data collection, analyze findings, and present results with strong client service.

Working closely with the Analyst, Managers and VP on their team, the Director of Qualitative Research / Senior Moderator provides essential support to their team to help execute and deliver client projects. The Director of Qualitative Research has approx. 7 + years’ experience in a research role and is responsible for developing the research report including strategic insights/research findings to their VP. The Director of Qualitative Research has demonstrated their research skills and knowledge, and client service capabilities in their previous role(s). They can be relied on for project updates, recommendations on additional analysis required, working with other Dig team members to develop solutions to any project related problems and troubleshoot any issues that arise. In addition, they should possess strategic and consultative skills as a researcher.
