Job summary

Dig Insights seeks a Director of Qualitative Research / Senior Moderator to lead client projects, develop strategic insights, and mentor a team of researchers. You will design studies, oversee data collection, analyze findings, and present results with strong client service.

Minimum 7+ years in qualitative research, university degree or higher, and excellent English communication are required. The role offers a hybrid work model with offices in Toronto and Chicago and opportunities for travel to

Qualifications

7+ years of direct and relevant experience in qualitative research.
University degree and/or post-graduate certificate in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Execute all aspects of qualitative projects from start to finish.
Moderate one‑on‑one IDIs, focus groups and online methodologies (in‑person and online).
Perform analysis, write reports, and present results.
Contribute to research design and draft proposals.
Oversee project management to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
Manage field suppliers and ensure on‑time delivery and budget alignment.
Support VP with client meetings and strategic recommendations.
