Job summary

Ipsos Canada is seeking a Senior Account Manager in our qualitative division (IUU). You will lead high-quality qualitative studies, turn research designs into well-run studies, and serve as the daily client contact. You will manage multiple projects and coordinate with a team of researchers to ensure client needs are met.

You’ll develop proposals, support business growth, and may mentor junior staff. Proficiency in English, PowerPoint and Excel is essential, with French/English bilingualism a

Qualifications

• 3–5 years qualitative market research experience.
• Experience with in-person and digital qualitative methodologies.
• Strong client service and day-to-day client contact experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers high-quality proposals, research and insights to leading Canadian clients across sectors.
• Collaborates with quantitative divisions to meet client research needs.
• Manages multiple research projects from proposal to insights delivery, coordinating with researchers to meet client needs.
• Helps develop existing clients and new business streams.
• May supervise one or more Account Managers/Research Analysts and provide guidance and feedback.
