This role emphasizes collaboration with project and IT leads, development teams, and UAT activities, utilizing Jira and Azure DevOps to manage tests, defects, and release readiness, while driving continuous QA improvements.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience planning and organizing testing for large and small systems in GUI and non-GUI environments.
• Proven ability to code automated test scripts to produce automated test cases.
• Experience using DevOps tools Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering test plans with static testing.
• Independent and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA testing strategy, plans, scripts, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Plan and organize testing for GUI and non-GUI systems, including regression and UAT.
• Collaborate with project teams across analysis, design, development, and support.
• Define testing scope, risks, quality gates, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Establish QA standards for functional, data, security, and performance testing.
