Job summary

Source Code is seeking a senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to lead testing efforts onsite at multiple Toronto locations. The role focuses on designing test plans, developing automated scripts, and coordinating defects across a large system lifecycle, including GUI and non-GUI environments.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure testing aligns with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have automated test scripting experience across the testing lifecycle.
• Ability to create and execute complex test plans and coordinate defects.
• Experience using automated tools to generate test data and support functional/regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Advise on testing strategy, plans, tool selection, and required testing resources.
• Plan and organize testing for large GUI and non-GUI systems, including SI tests and UAT.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases; collaborate with project teams.
