Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Sr. Systems Testing/QA Specialist in Toronto for a hybrid role (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). You will lead QA engineers, shape testing strategies, and drive high-quality software delivery across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA, strong leadership, and hands-on automation with Selenium/Appium/Katalon, plus RESTful/SOAP knowledge. Collaboration with product and development is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading QA/testing efforts
• Experience creating, reviewing, and executing test strategy, test plans and test cases
• Hands-on automation with Selenium, Appium, Katalon (or similar)
• Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services
• Ability to write clean, maintainable test automation code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across SDLC
