Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on PVF experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PVF products (pipes, valves, fittings, flanges).
• Demonstrated expertise in quoting and procurement.
• Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements.
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, freight, lead times, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders from initial contact through completion.
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotes for PVF products.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommend appropriate products or alternatives based on customer requirements.
• Review specifications, drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements for accurate quoting and order fulfillment.
• Handle procurement and purchasing at a high level, sourcing material and verifying availability.
• Enter and manage sales orders and purchase orders; coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse personnel, outside sales and management.
