Job summary

REV Engineering Ltd. (doing business as Rev Power Solutions) is seeking an experienced SCM Procurement Specialist to lead procurement activities for electrical manufacturing operations.

You will manage supplier qualification, negotiation, POs, and master data in the ERP, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control. In this Calgary-based role, you will collaborate across departments, optimize logistics, handle import/export documentation, and maintain supplier performance metrics while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in SCM or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of procurement/purchasing/supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and procure materials, parts, and services per requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms & conditions, and pricing with suppliers.
• Generate and process purchase orders and ensure timely approvals and dispatch.
• Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Resolve delivery issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain supplier databases and qualification metrics.
• Manage material master data in the ERP system.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activity and supplier performance.
