Qualifications

• Bachelors in business, information systems, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional services, software implementation, consulting, or technical services.
• 3+ years leading implementation or consulting teams.
• Experience managing software implementations for enterprise or government customers.
• Experience with data migration/conversion activities.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and deployment lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of implementation consultants and data conversion engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from project kickoff to go-live and transition to Customer Success/Support.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and quality commitments.
• Monitor delivery health and mitigate risks in collaboration with project managers.
• Oversee all data migration activities including planning, execution, and validation.
• Plan resources and forecast staffing to balance workloads and maintain quality.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Development, and Finance.
• Maintain customer engagement and executive-level relationships throughout engagements.
