Job summary

Intellias seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead two connected migration workstreams—Auto Repossession Greenfield Integration and CMS Registry Modernize App Stack. This is a delivery leadership role for a technically complex, security-sensitive program spanning analysis, migration planning, and controlled execution across multiple teams.

The TPM will drive end-to-end delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate internal teams and external contributors, with travel to Toronto

Qualifications

• Strong technical program management experience leading multi-team migration or transformation programs in complex technology environments.
• Clear evidence of handling risks, dependencies, scope trade-offs, and cross-team conflicts in delivery situations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the program with integrated roadmaps and defined workstreams across Greenfield integration and Registry modernization.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through rollout and handover, coordinating internal and external contributors.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance, including RAID and decision logs, with clear ownership and due dates.
• Provide executive-ready status reporting distinguishing progress, risk, blockers, and leadership asks.
