Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Deployment Lead to own deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions, including pre-conversion activities and production cutovers.

The role is hybrid in Toronto with a 4-days-in-office schedule; you will coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, runbooks, risk and readiness, and provide executive reporting on the launch program.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for the product launch and portfolio conversion.
• Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
• Coordinate all production product launch activities, including pilot and customer rollout.
• Manage environment collisions across workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of new product features on the target platform.
• Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the launch workstreams.

Deployment Lead – Product Launch, Conversion & Release Management

Hybrid: Toronto - 4 days a week in office

• Lead deployment planning and execution for the product launch and portfolio conversion, TSYS to TSYS.


• Own the integrated deployment plan and master activities, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking for internal TD and external vendor teams.


• Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.


• Coordinate all production product launch activities, including the pilot and customer rollout.


• Manage environment collisions across Cortez/non-Cortez workstreams.


• Oversee delivery of new product features being introduced on the target platform.


• Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting through production implementation for the product launch and conversion workstreams.
