Job summary

Workday Canada is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead complex Workday deployments in our Toronto practice.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide customers through delivery lifecycles, and partner with Workday leadership, consultants, and resource management to deliver successful deployments. You will drive project delivery, engage in pre-sales activities, and mentor Professional Services resources to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while leveraging Workday best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing complex HCM and/or ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Financials/HCM or Payroll.
• 3+ years deploying Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ultimate Kronos or similar software.
• Prior experience with professional services consulting or customer-facing HCM/ERP implementations.
• Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Project manage one or more Workday Financials/HCM/Payroll implementations concurrently.
• Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements and develop proposals/SOWs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services resources on your implementations.
• Ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, and tracked for performance.
