Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in proposal management or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience in high-tech industries is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex proposal responses (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for clients globally.
• Coordinate bid qualification discussions and pursuit decisions.
• Plan proposals with timelines, risk management, and cross-functional teams.
