Allnorth is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals supporting business growth. You will collaborate with technical teams, business development, and leadership to manage pursuits and deliver polished client-focused submissions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of proposal development, bid management, or related experience.
• Experience within engineering, consulting, or professional services environments preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development and research is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal submissions, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Manage the proposal lifecycle from planning and kickoff through final submission.
• Review bid documents to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to develop compelling submissions.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, quality, and consistency.
