Job summary

Drake Property Management is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead the GTA portfolio of multifamily assets. You will drive operational excellence, maximize occupancy, and deliver NOI targets while maintaining resident satisfaction and asset integrity.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will manage on-site teams, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration to support portfolio growth, capital projects, and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• Experience with asset stabilization, lease-up, repositioning, or turnaround strategies is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance for the portfolio.
• Lead on-site teams and vendor relationships; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and maintain resident satisfaction.
