This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Property Manager, located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet tenant and owner needs. The role includes overseeing property management staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling tenant relations and lease agreements, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and property laws.

This role involves managing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, overseeing staff, coordinating maintenance, managing tenant relations, preparing budgets, and ensuring legal compliance.
