Job summary

Amrize Western Canada seeks a highly skilled Project Scheduler to support our Construction Group on projects across the region. Based in Calgary, you will develop, maintain, and oversee schedules and ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and optimal resource use.

You will collaborate with PMs, GMs, clients, and vendors, prepare detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and provide regular status reports to the Director of Construction. Travel 5-10% expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project scheduling experience in construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Travel 5-10% for site coordination.
• Knowledge of scheduling standards and change-tracker processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple projects.
• Update schedules to reflect progress and scope changes.
• Analyze changes and integrate them into the overall plan.
• Provide regular scheduling reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs, GMs, clients, subcontractors and vendors.
