Job summary

EBC Inc. in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager for Tunnel & Underground Works to lead major infrastructure projects nationwide. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee budgets, safety, and schedules, and drive project delivery from prequalification through to completion.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Mechanical Engineering background, 10+ years tunnelling exposure, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office/MS Project/Bluebeam. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Previous work in tunnelling projects and high-risk heavy civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of underground construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and align team members from internal and Joint Venture Partners.
• Implement process compliance for internal and external requirements.
• Establish project objectives and track accountability.
• Technical and commercial responsibility for contract delivery.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and clear communication of priorities.
• Foster safety-oriented high-performance culture.
• Ensure safe, quality delivery and adherence to contract obligations.
• Develop, review, and collaborate on budgets, methodologies, schedules.
