Job summary

EBC Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control construction site work to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. The role covers dams, bridges, power stations, tunnels, and other heavy civil works in Western Canada.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering background, 5–10 years of progressive responsibility, and strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingualism is an asset; the role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Civil Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Read technical and administrative specifications of the project.
• Lead projects in uncharted territory and develop innovative solutions.
• Establish project schedule and monitor critical path weekly.
• Draft contracts and agreements and manage subcontractor awards.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on project management practices.
