EBC Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, direct and control construction-site work to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Based in Western Canada, you will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and clients across large infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil engineering or construction management, with professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) and 5–10 years of increasing responsibility in

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) preferred or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of increasing responsibility in civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Read project specifications and obtain necessary information.
• Establish schedules and monitor critical path weekly.
• Draft contracts, negotiate terms, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Mentor junior staff and lead projects with innovative solutions.
• Maintain client relations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
