Job summary

EBC Inc. is seeking a Project Director to lead major tunneling projects across Canada, guiding bids and execution of complex underground works. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment with safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets.

Experience leading large civil tunnel projects, strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential to coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors nationwide.

Qualifications

• University degree or technology diploma in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in the construction industry with a focus on tunneling/underground works.
• Proven track record of project leadership and delivering large scale projects.
• Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids and oversee the execution of projects.
• Negotiate subcontracts and sign agreements within authority levels.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost targets and take corrective action.
• Manage staff assignments and monitor productivity and costs.
• Maintain client relations and ensure overall project success.
