We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager - Remediation to help lead our Eastern Region operations based in Ontario. We have earned a strong reputation in the industry for providing safe and innovative solutions to address some of the most challenging and sensitive contaminated sites in Canada.

Our experienced team can provide turnkey solutions to address contaminated sites remediation, water management & excavation dewatering, soils & sediments management, and waste transportation & treatment for a variety of sectors.

What You Will Do:
  1. Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and operations staff.
  2. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they meet financial, operational, and safety KPIs.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive regional growth, align with corporate goals, and meet financial targets. Monitor and adjust strategies based on market trends and business needs.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders to foster long-term growth and expand QM’s footprint in the region.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry partners. Act as the primary point of contact for client issues and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  6. Expected to dedicate a portion of their time to Business Development, coordinating client relationships to convert them into actionable projects. Responsible for identifying, securing, and delivering significant worth of work.
  7. Ensure all operations align with QM’s core values of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. 10+ years of leadership experience within the environmental remediation and/or construction sectors.
  2. Proven success in project management and business development.
  3. Experience on the contractor side, with a deep understanding of the practical aspects of the work.
  4. Strong financial acumen with a history of achieving and exceeding business metrics.
  5. A collaborative leadership style that aligns with QM’s values and commitment to teamwork.
  6. Experience managing complex projects for government, industrial, oil and gas, and commercial clients.
