Job summary

NDura Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple residential infill and multi-family projects across Edmonton. You will oversee planning, teams, schedules, budgets, and client service from site preparation through completion.

The role requires ownership, clear communication, and the ability to keep projects moving despite changing priorities and unexpected challenges. A diploma or degree in construction-related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Project Manager or equivalent experience.
• Experience in residential, multi-family, infill construction.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architectural Technology.
• Alberta driver’s license and ability to travel between Edmonton-area sites.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver residential and multi-family projects from site prep to closeout.
• Lead project teams, coordinate subs, suppliers, and inspectors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, codes, permits, and NDura standards.
