Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating and completing IT and Finance gap analyses, and preparing policies, guidelines, and platforms based on analysis and findings.
- Oversees all aspects of ongoing projects within TI.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project progress, providing summaries as needed.
- Builds and maintains relationships with team members, Finance, IT divisions, Contract branch, Procurement, and other involved departments.
- Prepares reports for upper management on project status.
- Compiles project charters and business/project plans to support activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data integrity.
- Manages projects that document business requirements, design, and deliver IT solutions compliant with enterprise architecture.
- Assists in developing recommendations, including resource requirements, dependencies, policy implications, and methodologies.
- Produces and packages deliverables for presentation to support teams, steering committees, and stakeholders.
- Manages multiple projects, resources, and governance structures.
- Works with project sponsors to ensure effective communication and risk escalation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborates with leadership to develop detailed project plans covering objectives, scope, assumptions, timelines, resources, risks, benefits, and budgets.
- Documents and reports on project status, milestones, budget, and resources; tracks and closes issues and risks.
- Develops project schedules, estimates resource needs, monitors work plans, and takes corrective actions.
- Provides guidance to project resources on priorities and delivery, and develops related documentation as needed.
- Supports change management and communication efforts within project teams.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Contract and Budget Oversight:
- Conducts contract inventory and spend analysis to support procurement and resource allocation.
- Develops budget justifications for contracts to assess value.
- Maintains an optimized contractual spend plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Generates zero-based budgeting reports to evaluate funding allocations.
- Assesses contract value and identifies improvement areas.
- Assists in developing budgets that justify funding and identify cost savings through various strategies.
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field; PMP or similar certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with success in leading cross-functional projects related to financial processes or contract management.
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with risk management, change management, and issue resolution.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software.

Must Have:
- Bachelor degree, diploma or certificate in IT, Computer Science or related field: Yes/No
- Experience articulating technical language for non-technical audiences: 5 years

- Project management experience including business cases, risk assessments, scope development, etc.: 5 years
