Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead institutional construction projects in Southwestern Ontario, including school and new build ventures. The role combines remote work with regular project site travel, and requires overseeing planning, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate has extensive ICI General Contracting experience on projects over CAD 50M, strong leadership, budgeting, safety and codes knowledge, and a proven

• Extensive experience in ICI General Contracting/Construction Management with focus on school and institutional new build projects up to and in excess of $50M in scope.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage project teams effectively.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliver projects within scope.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes applicable to institutional construction.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
