Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) in Ottawa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee institutional and federal construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M in the Ottawa area. This permanent role offers a competitive CAD salary and stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICI construction projects, particularly institutional and federal projects, with contract values of up to $50 million.
• Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI sector, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on demand and deadlines, while successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Federal Government Security Clearance (Reliability Status or Secret Clearance) is preferred.

Responsibilities
