You will coordinate teams, ensure projects meet timelines and budgets, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in ICI projects and a degree in a relevant field. Competitive salary of up to $130,000 plus benefits is offered.

Construction Project Manager - ICI - Ottawa



As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Proactively identify and manage potential risks to minimize project disruptions.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICI construction projects, with contract values up to $50M.
• Proven full cylce project Management experience.
• Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI sector, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on demand and deadlines, while successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Proven time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Full driving licence and the ability to gain full security clearance
