Carlson Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil and marine construction projects in British Columbia. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, build client relations, and drive projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.

To succeed, bring 8–10+ years in project management, a civil engineering background, and EGBC/ASTTBC-eligible credentials. Salary range is C$160K–C$180K per year with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Registered, or eligible for registration, with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) or ASTTBC.
• Minimum of 8-10+ years of progressive project management experience, including significant experience leading heavy civil, marine, or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex heavy civil and marine construction projects.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control all phases of project operations.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and reporting.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and contractual revisions.
