Job summary

Liftsafe Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex crane, lifting equipment, and structural steel projects from contract award through closeout. You will own safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction while coordinating Engineering, Fabrication, Purchasing, Service, Installation, and external partners.

You will drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure profitability across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience delivering engineered-to-order products and heavy equipment.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of complex crane, lifting equipment, structural steel, and fabrication projects from award to closeout.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, budget, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Fabrication, Purchasing, Service, Installation, and external partners.
• Lead project meetings, manage risks, and drive improvements and lessons learned.
