Job summary

The Liftsafe Group of Companies seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex crane, lifting equipment, and fabrication projects from award to closeout. You will coordinate engineering, fabrication, purchasing, service, and field teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and profitability targets.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement across projects. A strong engineering background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience delivering engineered-to-order products, crane systems, or heavy equipment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight schedules and budgets.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of projects from contract award through final acceptance.
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, budget, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues affecting outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Fabrication, Purchasing, Service, and Installation.
