Job summary

Inflector-Environmental-Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects from planning through delivery. You will drive strategy, manage client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability are achieved on every job.

You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and change orders, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and continually look for improvements in safety and performance in a dynamic abatement environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience within the construction industry as Project Manager or equivalent.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering or a construction related field is considered an asset.
• Experience within the hazardous material industry considered an asset.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety principles, procedures, and legislation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in client-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for the delivery of large and complex projects, and multiple smaller ones.
• Be accountable for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting, billing, and change management.
• Identify, price, negotiate, and manage change orders, extras, claims, delays, and disputes.
• Review project scopes and contracts to identify risks and opportunities before award.
• Perform risk management, forecasting, and financial analysis to proactively address issues.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project objectives.
