Job summary

Lark Group is seeking a Sr Project Manager in the Metro Vancouver area to lead complex, community-focused construction and development projects. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Sr Project Manager delivering complex construction projects.
• Solid to Sr Project Manager capable of leading in ambiguity and delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end from planning through close-out.
• Drive schedules, budgets, and quality with a focus on outcomes.
• Make timely decisions with imperfect information and adjust as conditions change.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, consultants, and internal teams.
• Partner with Development on Lark-led projects balancing commercial, design, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure alignment and avoid bottlenecks.
