Job summary

Westmark Construction Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. You will plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise all facets to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction project phases from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance on sites.
