About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager for our client, a leading Canadian group benefits provider. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead post-acquisition integration projects for their Finance department, focusing on back-office functions like Finance, HR, and select technology processes. Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects related to Finance and HR back-office functions post-acquisition
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans and schedules
• Mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and drive timely outcomes
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide executive reporting
• Support change management efforts and prepare organizations for readiness
• Coordinate tasks involving internal business units and external partners
  
  

Requirements

• Must reside in Canada and be authorized to work in Canada without future employer sponsorship
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Proven expertise in stakeholder and executive engagement
• Solid experience leading post-acquisition back-office integration projects
  
  

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with Workday ERP systems and/or other ERP systems
