Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
The Senior Project Manager - Airfield Civil & Electrical (AEC) will oversee design, construction and technical coordination across the AEC Sub-Program, ensuring the seamless integration of design and construction activities in a live airport environment. This role bridges engineering and field execution, providing leadership in design management, constructability reviews, stakeholder engagement, subcontractor management and delivery readiness to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.
The position will be based at our office or site office in Mississauga, Ontario, with frequent visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or on‑call adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) and an Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP) upon joining the company.
