Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada's largest airport for the future of air travel - including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
The Pearson Airport Construction Team (PACT) is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and support the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction activities across one of Canada's largest and most complex aviation infrastructure programs. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, labour, equipment, materials, and site logistics while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, GTAA standards, and schedule commitments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong site presence, proactively resolving field issues, and driving construction execution in a live airport environment. Experience delivering construction projects within active airport environments, including working around operational constraints, restricted access areas, and complex stakeholder coordination requirements, is highly preferred.
The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or on-call adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) upon joining the company.
