PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure scopes within the Pearson Airport Accelerator Program in Mississauga. You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder coordination while upholding safety, quality, and compliance across all phases, in a high-security aviation environment.
Applicants should have 7+ years of PM experience on large-scale projects, a related degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.
PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
As a Project Manager within the Pearson Airport Construction Team (PACT), you will lead and oversee the execution of complex infrastructure scopes within the Pearson Airport Accelerator Program. You’ll be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance are upheld throughout all phases. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in high-security, high-stakes environments and can navigate the complexity of multi-stakeholder delivery models.
The position will be based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, with regular visits to the site offices as required. This position is 5 days per week with core hours of work between approximately 8:00am–5:00pm with 1 hour Lunch or as agreed upon with your manager.
