Job summary

2iSolutions Inc. in Regina is seeking a Project Manager for a 2-year onsite contract opportunity, with potential extensions. The role requires PMP or PRINCE2 certification and proven experience leading projects through the full lifecycle.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and governance structures, including executive steering committees, and lead organizational change management activities. 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan is required.

Qualifications

• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is required.
• Proven experience leading projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering IT projects within structured PM methodologies and governance.
• Experience establishing governance structures including executive steering committees.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication with executives, business and technical teams, vendors and service providers.
• Experience leading organizational change management activities, including communications, readiness assessments, training and user adoption.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, change request, and resource management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, relationship management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.

• Proven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure
• Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholders
• Experience delivering IT projects within structured project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Strong experience establishing and facilitating project governance structures, including executive steering committees
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication experience with executives, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and third-party service providers
• Experience leading organizational change management activities, including communications, impact/readiness assessments, training, and user adoption
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, change request, and resource management experience
• Exceptional leadership, relationship management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
