This in-office role requires governance, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and change management to align with GOS standards. You will manage budgets, schedules, stakeholder engagement, and vendor oversight across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments in Regina, SK.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects in the public sector.
• Experience delivering government IT initiatives under governance and audit frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-vendor projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and manage stage-gate approvals across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
• Establish project governance structures and prepare executive presentations.
• Engage stakeholders and oversee vendor performance and third-party deliverables.
• Lead organizational change management activities including readiness assessments and training.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope, schedule, and budget through formal approval channels.
• Plan and monitor resource and financials to ensure audit compliance.
