The Senior Project Manager plays an integral role in collaborating closely with our client to deliver digital projects that drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. You will take a leadership role supporting our client’s presence across all their products. Their digital properties showcase Internet standards and innovation, serving as a critical part of their product marketing strategy.

Candidates must have a proven track record in guiding digital communications efforts across multiple channels and platforms, especially design systems. The role requires close collaboration with creative, development teams, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and change, capable of focusing on details and strategic planning.

You Have

• 7+ years of digital project management experience supporting marketing and digital communications
• 4+ years developing marketing content across digital platforms
• Experience managing design systems is essential
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies
• Proficiency with tools like Keynote, Pages, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Box, JIRA, Confluence
• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, resource, and change management
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Experience managing teams and client conversations around scope, schedule, budget, and strategic roadmaps
