Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent)
• Overall experience of 12-20 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect

Experience

• Experience in diverse roles and domains such as infrastructure architecture, cloud architecture, software architecture, business analysis, DevOps, pre-sales, and product/portfolio management
• Experience executing digital transformation projects that significantly influence business value
• Experience creating flexible technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business strategies
• Experience describing, analyzing, and documenting IT architecture using standard methods and approaches
• Experience architecting solutions for public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience selecting optimal technology stacks for solutions

Mandatory Skills

• Business-level understanding of enterprise systems to drive innovation and transformation
• Ability to analyze technical aspects, risks, challenges, costs, quality, resources, scope, and value propositions of solutions
• Confidence and expertise to advise on solution evolution
• Experience architecting solutions based on public cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of DevOps, IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, build automation, containerization, and orchestration
• Ability to balance business and technology considerations and articulate high-level solutions
• Experience creating microservices and SOA architectures
• Understanding of security, performance, scalability, usability, and reliability attributes
• Guidance in vendor selection processes
• Understanding cloud service costing models
• Ability to mentor cloud solution developers, application developers, product managers, and business analysts
• Deep understanding of application/infrastructure landscapes and architectures to support digitalization
