Job summary

Svante is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead pre-FEED and FEED studies across multiple industrial projects. You will guide cross-functional engineering teams from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget integrity while upholding strong HSEC standards.

You will collaborate with clients and EPC/EPCM partners, deliver Svante’s equipment and services, and manage FEL2/FEL3 initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Preferably 5+ years of engineering-related design or project management in industrial, engineering, construction, or tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Experience leading pre-FEED, FEED, FEL2/FEL3, engineering, construction, commissioning, or project development activities.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM contractors, industrial clients, and technology or equipment delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated leadership.
• Strong HSEC leadership, commercial awareness, risk management, and team development skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of proprietary equipment installations and small pilot plant systems.
• Establish and maintain project execution, construction, commissioning, planning, scheduling, risk, and resource management plans.
• Serve as the primary Svante contact at the project level.
• Manage project financial performance, scope changes, contracts, risks, claims, and change orders.
• Identify issues early and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Develop project teams and apply lessons learned to improve project delivery standards and capabilities.
