Job summary

Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and EPCM projects throughout their lifecycle. The Senior PM will provide leadership for project execution, ensuring delivery safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual, commercial, and client requirements.

You will guide project teams, manage risks, develop client relationships, and uphold Kent’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• P.Eng. designation preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading EPC/EPCM industrial projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and EPC/EPCM projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project execution strategies and project management plans.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams.
• Establish project objectives aligned with client and business goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Monitor project performance and key milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful delivery of engineering and construction activities.
• Manage project change and contract administration.
• Serve as the primary client representative and maintain relationships.
