Are you an experienced Senior Project Director with a strong background in leading complex clinical information system (CIS) implementations within Canadian healthcare? A major provincial healthcare initiative is seeking a remote Senior Project Director to guide a transformative project aimed at consolidating multiple clinical and lab systems into a single, province-wide CIS. This critical program focuses on standardizing clinical and business processes, modernizing technology infrastructure, and integrating health information to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The role involves managing multi-vendor teams, overseeing cross-functional workstreams including procurement, application rationalization, and clinical standardization, and collaborating closely with executive sponsors and diverse stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of acute care health informatics leadership, demonstrated success in multi-site CIS implementations, and expertise in change management and resource planning.
