Job description

Join to apply for the Project Director (Imaging) role at Alimentiv.

Acts as the primary regional representative for the execution and delivery of clinical project(s); cultivate excellent Sponsor relationships, provide project oversight, assist with project delivery services as required, ensuring projects are adequately staffed, meet sponsor quality, schedule, and budget requirements, and are completed on time. Champion the project forecasting process, monitor third-party agreements, manage team performance, and ensure project control standards are established and met. Contribute to Business Development activities, including proposals, bid defenses, and prospect development. Responsibilities may also include administrative, staff, and budgetary duties for a small satellite office.

Client Relations
  • Establish and maintain high-quality client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, working with clients and CPMs to set delivery expectations, metrics, and communication standards.
  • Keep clients informed on project progress, risks, issues, and changing needs; address queries promptly within project guidelines.
  • Assist with RFP/bid defense processes as needed.
Project Delivery
  • Oversee, monitor, and manage project planning and implementation activities.
  • Work with CPMs and specialists to deliver high-quality projects within corporate standards.
  • Review and approve project scope, budget, metrics, tools, recruitment, and training requirements, ensuring all elements are realistic, complete, and compliant.
Control and Evaluation
  • Review project critical paths, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with client expectations, SOPs, controls, guidelines, and industry standards.
Project Services Communication
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify roles, progress, issues, and planning updates.
  • Implement stakeholder feedback processes to address issues promptly.
Unit Performance
  • Evaluate and monitor resource requirements, staffing, and performance to meet sponsor, project, and regulatory expectations.
  • Handle hiring, terminations, evaluations, training, and development; contribute to the budget process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of seven years of related experience and a three-year college diploma or degree in a relevant field, preferably in health sciences or clinical research.
  • Strong communication, self-motivation, attention to detail, and collaborative skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
Working Conditions
  • Home-based with occasional travel.

Salary range: $97,000 - $162,000 annually, plus bonus.
