Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Registered Architect in Canada or eligible for registration.
• Proven experience in project compliance or architectural oversight.
• Strong technical understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building systems.
• Experience with Contract Administration and construction-phase services.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; confident and professional.
• Reliability Status clearance or eligibility to obtain.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Establish project requirements, technical criteria, and output specifications with clients.
• Review drawings and docs for compliance with established requirements.
• Provide oversight through design, CA, and construction phases.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues with the project team.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, construction meetings, and site inspections.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, substitutions, and changes from a compliance perspective.
• Ensure the finished project aligns with client requirements and standards.
